Depending on the services required, we offer an hourly rate or part hour rate for remote support. Our support staff keep detailed logs of the time they spend on your case. We count in 20 minute increments and round down when in-between them. Work logs will be disclosed to all clients upon request. We only work for as long as a case requires, so you’ll never be over-billed for unproductive time. Final bills will include costs for time, parts, software, and hardware. Contractual and Remote Subscription rates are available upon request.  Retainers must be paid upfront.
