Depending on the services required, we offer an hourly rate or part hour rate for remote support. Our support staff keep detailed logs of the time they spend on your case. Work logs will be disclosed to clients upon request. We only work for as long as a case requires, so you’ll never be over-billed for unproductive time. Final bills will include a full breakdown. Contractual support and Remote Subscriptions are available upon request.
